Home Learning
Our Home Learning Ethos
Guided by our Christian Ethos and core values, we believe that home learning should be a positive partnership with parents to provide all children with a first-class education, which will instil in them a thirst for knowledge and love of learning.
We understand that learning does not take place solely at school and therefore home learning is an opportunity for our pupils to share their learning experiences with their parents, as well as developing a good routine to meet later educational needs. Home learning enables the children to take pride in their work, develop good work habits and allows us to assess just how much children have understood and retained.
Our approach to home learning is based upon a positive partnership between home and school. We will set quality tasks, which will be built upon within class to further enhance the child’s learning and consolidate skills and knowledge learnt.

Home learning on Seesaw
All children can access their home learning on Seesaw. Each child will be given their Seesaw QR code at the start of each year but should you lose it, please contact your class teacher for a new one.
Your child may want to use their bitmoji classroom in UKS2 to access the different learning platforms required.
