Opening times

We are open Monday to Friday at the following times for children aged 2 to 4.

07.30am to 08.45am - breakfast club

08.45am to 11.45am - morning session

11.45am to 12.30pm - lunch club

12.30pm to 15.30pm - afternoon session

15.30pm to 18.00pm - after school club

 

We offer full day or half day childcare sessions. 

 

We are currently open term-time only.

Fees for 3 & 4 year olds, from September 1st 2023

£16.50 - Morning session, 08.45 to 11.45

£5.00 - Lunch club,11.45 to 12.30 (pack lunch to be provided or a healthy hot lunch is available to order)

£16.50 - Afternoon session, 12.30 to 15.30

Full day deal for 3/4 yr olds= £35.00

 

Fees for 2 year olds, from September 1st 2023 

£20.00  - Morning session, as above

£5.00 - Lunch club, as above

£20.00 Afternoon session, as above

Full day deal for 2 yr olds = £42.50

 

Additional optional charges:

£2.41 - Hot lunch, as ordered through www.bowlfuls.co.uk

 

Wrap around care charges

£8 - 07.30 to 08.45

£9 - 15.30 to16.30

£12 - 15.30 to 17.30

 

There is no minimum session required. We will accept a child for one morning or everyday of the week.

Childcare vouchers and Tax-free Childcare is accepted.

 

To register your interest and apply for a place at the Pre-school, please complete the application form and parent declaration form and return to: Mrs Jenny Rouse, Preschool Manager, St Clements Preschool, Henwick Rd, Worcester, WR2 5NS.

Funding information

All 3 year old children are eligible for universal 15 hours of funding, beginning the term after the child turns 3 years old. Parents will need to apply and register to see if they are eligible for the extended 30 hours funding.

Some parents maybe entitled to 15 hours of funding for their 2 year old, from April 2024. To check if you are eligible, please go to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

Once your child is receiving government funding, you are required to complete a Parent Declaration form.
